Even though the holidays may end for us, the spirit of the season continues for three wildlife friends. Rabbit, Chickadee, and Mouse discover a discarded Christmas tree and the joy beneath it. Their delightful time beneath the tree ends abruptly when a man hauls it off as refuse. Now they have to wait patiently through the changing seasons and hope for another chance to relive the magic.
A perfect book for ages 3-7, for the upcoming holiday season, or even after it wanes. Celebrate the season of hope, joy, and love all year long.
Sandy Barton is also the author of Abjectedly Yours (2012), Discovery in the Woods: A St. Patrick’s Day Surprise (2014), and Room for One More: The Leprechaun Magic Continues (2015). All are available on Amazon.
